How do I order contact lenses?
Register first, set up an account, and provide a user name and password. Then there will be steps for you to type in any relevant information like address, email and telephone number, and doctor information, including his or her contact information. Then, it’s time to shop for your lenses by clicking on the left side navigational column to find your lens brand. OR you can use our search engine and type in the name of the lens you are looking for. Looking at your box, you can find the prescription; put in your right lens prescription, then your left lens prescription, supply a base curve, diameter, and how many boxes you would like of each prescription. Click order, and fill out the billing information, submit the information, and then you’re all set!
When will I get my lenses?
Usually orders take two to three business days depending on the lens. Also, if you are a first time user of the site, we need to verify your prescription which may take 1-2 business days depending on your doctor's cooperation. However, if you’re a returning customer in a rush and order before 3 pm the same day, you can click for next day service and we will express ship to you when you choose this option.
Is there a guarantee that I will be satisfied with these lenses?
Of course! If your prescription has changed or there is something wrong with the lens, we will gladly exchange or refund it for you, provided that you supply us with the prescription change; we will ship out the new lenses as soon as we get a copy of the new prescription.
How do I access my account?
Once you’re on the site, click My Account on the right hand bottom side of the home page and sign in with the email address and password you used for your last order.
Can I refill my contact lenses?
Log onto your account and your orders are saved there. Check to see that your information is correct in your account and press order and you will immediately be billed and we will immediately know to send out your lenses.
What if I forget my password?
When your number of tries of guessing the password have exceeded 3 times, 20/20 Contact Lenses Express will ask you a security question to jog your memory of the password. If this fails, then we give you a temporary password to access your account. Once you’re back in your account, you can change your password by accessing “Managing my Account”.
How do I send in my prescription information?
There are two easy ways in which you can do this. One, you can email it to us at

I can’t find my lenses brand.
No problem! Please call us toll-free at 866-875-7333 and a customer representative will assist you in finding your lens.
What if I don’t want to pay by credit card or Paypal?
You can mail us a check of the amount that is due. Please note that we must get the check before we send out your contact lenses.
